RETURNS POLICY

Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on any items that you wish to return.
When sending your item back to us
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase. Any soiled items returned to us will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received with the tags attached to each item and in its originally packaging.
Please email customercare@pisces7.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return the item providing us with your name, address and your order number and item number(s). Print the email and place a copy in the package before you send it back to us.
We recommend that you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us as parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund.
We would advise you to keep hold of the postal receipt until the refund reaches your account.

If your item is faulty
We apologise if you have received an item which is faulty.
Please email customercare@pisces7.co.uk with an image of the item showing the fault, a brief description of the fault, your order number, item number and your name and address.
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the return.
